These Terms apply to all purchases, bookings, and participation in products, events, and travel experiences with well travelled. By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

These Terms sit alongside your statutory rights under Irish and EU consumer law, which are not affected.

1. Overview

Well Travelled creates and sells:

  • Physical products (merchandise)

  • Event experiences

  • Curated travel trips

Each section below explains how each type of purchase works.

2. Products (Merchandise)

Ordering

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We may refuse or cancel an order if necessary (for example, pricing errors or stock issues).

Pricing & Payment

All prices are shown in EUR and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Payment is taken at checkout.

Shipping

Delivery times are estimates only. We are not responsible for delays outside our control (e.g. postal or courier delays).

Returns & Refunds

You have the right to return items within 14 days of receiving your order, in line with EU law.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition

  • All tags must be attached

  • Items must be returned within the return window

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.

Refunds are processed once returned items have been received and inspected.

3. Events

We host in-person and online events.

Tickets

Event tickets are generally non-transferable unless stated otherwise at the time of purchase.

Refunds & Cancellations

Event tickets are typically non-refundable, as events are time-specific bookings.

If an event is cancelled by us, you will receive a full refund or the option to transfer your ticket to a new date.

Code of Conduct

We want our events to feel safe and enjoyable for everyone. We reserve the right to refuse entry or remove anyone acting in a disruptive, unsafe, or inappropriate manner.

4. Trips & Travel Experiences

Well Travelled trips are curated travel experiences created in collaboration with third-party partners (such as hotels, transport providers, and activity hosts).

Booking

Your booking is confirmed once full payment or deposit (if applicable) has been received.

Cancellations by You

Due to the nature of travel planning, bookings are generally non-refundable.

Where cancellations are permitted, any refund will depend on timing and third-party supplier policies.

We strongly recommend travel insurance.

Changes or Cancellations by Us

We may update or cancel trips due to unforeseen circumstances (including safety, operational, or supplier-related issues).

If this happens, we will offer:

  • a full or partial refund, or

  • an alternative trip option where possible

Assumption of Risk

By booking a trip, you acknowledge that travel involves inherent risks.

You are responsible for:

  • your personal safety

  • your belongings

  • compliance with local laws and travel requirements (including visas, passports, and health requirements)

We are not liable for losses, injuries, delays, or damages unless required by law.

5. Customer Responsibility

You are responsible for ensuring:

  • your order details are correct

  • you meet any requirements for participation (especially for travel experiences)

  • you provide accurate contact and shipping information

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website—including branding, designs, imagery, and product content—is owned by Well Travelled or licensed to us.

It may not be copied, used, or reproduced without permission.

7. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for:

  • indirect or consequential losses

  • delays outside our control

  • third-party provider failures

Nothing in these Terms limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so (including fraud or personal injury caused by negligence).

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ireland. Any disputes will be handled under the jurisdiction of Irish courts.
