1. Operator and Acceptance
The Well Travelled App (“App”) is operated by:

Ghost Ship Serviços em Tecnologia da Informação Ltda ME is the operator and service provider of the App.
The Well Travelled brand, name, logo, designs, and intellectual property are owned by Emille Rosa Ltd and licensed to Ghost Ship.
By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use (“Terms”). If you do not agree, you must not use the App.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old to use the App.
By creating an account or using the App, you represent and warrant that:
You are at least 16 years old;
You have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms;
The information you provide is accurate and truthful.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate this requirement.
3. Description of the Service
Well Travelled allows users to:
Input personal travel information;
Create customized travel-themed digital stickers;
Export and use those stickers on third-party platforms such as Instagram Stories.
The App is currently offered free of charge.
We may introduce premium features or subscription services in the future.
4. Account Registration
To use certain features, you must create an account using:
Email and password;
Apple Login;
Google Login; or
Instagram Login.
You are responsible for:
Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials;
All activities conducted through your account;
Ensuring your account information remains accurate.
We are not responsible for losses resulting from unauthorized access caused by your failure to safeguard your credentials.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
Use the App for fraudulent purposes;
Abuse, manipulate, or exploit system mechanics;
Attempt to hack, reverse engineer, or disrupt the App;
Use automated scripts, bots, or scraping tools;
Use the stickers or App content to promote illegal activity;
Use the stickers to promote harassment, racism, hate speech, violence, or criminal conduct;
Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate accounts engaged in prohibited conduct.
6. Intellectual Property
All rights, title, and interest in and to the App, including but not limited to:
The Well Travelled name;
Logos and branding;
Sticker designs and templates;
Graphics, visual elements, and content;
Software and underlying technology;
are owned by Emille Rosa Ltd and/or licensed to Ghost Ship.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the stickers you create for personal, non-commercial use on social media platforms.
You may not:
Resell stickers;
Use them commercially;
Modify or redistribute designs;
Claim ownership of the underlying templates or designs.
7. Third-Party Platforms
The App may be used in connection with third-party platforms (such as Instagram).
We are not responsible for:
The availability of third-party services;
Changes to third-party APIs;
Content moderation decisions made by those platforms.
Your use of third-party platforms is subject to their respective terms.
8. Advertising
The App may display advertising, including personalized advertisements where permitted by law.
We are not responsible for:
The content of advertisements;
Third-party products or services promoted through ads.
Interactions with advertisers are solely between you and the advertiser.
9. Future Subscriptions
We may introduce paid subscription features, including access to premium stickers.
If subscriptions are introduced:
Payments will be processed exclusively through Apple In-App Purchases;
Apple’s billing terms and refund policies will apply;
Pricing, renewal, and cancellation terms will be disclosed within the App at the time of purchase.
We reserve the right to modify pricing or subscription features at any time.
10. Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion if you:
Violate these Terms;
Engage in fraud or abuse of the system;
Use the App in a way that may harm the brand or other users;
Engage in illegal or harmful conduct.
Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease.
11. Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including:
Fitness for a particular purpose;
Merchantability;
Non-infringement;
Continuous or error-free operation.
We do not guarantee that the App will always be secure, uninterrupted, or free of bugs.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
Ghost Ship Serviços em Tecnologia da Informação Ltda ME and Emille Rosa Ltd shall not be liable for:
Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages;
Loss of profits or revenue;
Loss of data;
Business interruption;
Damages arising from third-party platforms.
If liability is established, total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you (if any) in the 12 months preceding the claim.
13. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Ghost Ship and Emille Rosa Ltd from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising out of:
Your misuse of the App;
Your violation of these Terms;
Your violation of any law or third-party rights.
14. Changes to the Service
We reserve the right to:
Modify features;
Add or remove functionality;
Introduce subscriptions;
Discontinue the App at any time.
We are not liable for service modifications or discontinuation.
15. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Brazil, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Curitiba, Paraná, Brazil, unless otherwise required by applicable consumer protection law.
